Room capacity guidance
For facilities in counties with LOW or MEDIUM community levels, there are not any room capacity limits. However, if the facility is located in a county with HIGH community levels, room capacity limits might be reinstated. Check the current COVID-19 community levels in your county. These community levels are determined by the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention.
Before entering any of our sites, you must:
- Successfully complete the “COVID-19: How to Protect Yourself and Others” online training available on myNWRESD.org under the Mandatory Training link.

- Stay home when sick: Please do not show up to work with any sign of illness, including but not limited to fever, chills, cough, fatigue, sore throat, congestion, runny nose, nausea, vomiting. Refer to the Communicable Disease Guidance for Schools from the Oregon Department of Education for additional information.
- Enter and exit through the main building entrance.
- Sign in and sign out using the provided ledger at each site.

Cleaning protocols for sites
Please note: Buildings maintained by a district or other agency may follow different cleaning protocols.
- Buildings will be cleaned nightly five times per week.
- When cleaning, maintenance staff will sanitize high-touch areas.
- Staff will receive training on proper cleaning and sanitizing procedures.
- Staff are responsible for sanitizing their work areas.
- The facilities team has reviewed all heating, ventilation and air conditioning (HVAC) systems at each site and have increased outside air circulation.
