Staff Wellness Opportunities @ Levi Anderson

We were 2 wins-24 loses with 2 forfeited games and 2 yet to play. We weren't good, but we had fun and we modeled how to lose gracefully (almost) every week!!!!
If you have an activity at your site, or a health/wellness/fitness challenge you'd like to share, simply email the Communications Dept. at firstname.lastname@example.org, and we'll get it posted.
Why Blue Zones?
Many of us spend the majority of our day at work so having healthy choices at our workplace is key. The Blue Zones Project offers solutions to inspire us to be happier and more productive at work and at home. When you feel better and more connected to your colleagues, you miss less work, make greater contributions, and have lower healthcare costs. www.bluezones.com/services/blue-zones-project
Supports & Resources for Staff
The resources below are offered to OEBB members and dependents at NO COST (there are some age requirements).
Weight Watchers is based on the philosophy that successful weight loss is achieved through the attainment of a series of realistic goals. The program incorporates healthy eating, physical activity, behavior modification, and for those who attend meetings, a supportive atmosphere. Anyone enrolled in an OEBB medical plan can enroll in their first 13-week session at NO COST (age restrictions may apply to children), either with AtWork Meetings, Community Meetings, or OnlinePlus. Those who maintain participation requirements could qualify for up to four 13- week sessions per plan year.
