- Successfully complete the “COVID-19: How to Protect Yourself and Others” online training available on myNWRESD.org under the Mandatory Training link.
- Complete the daily entry Google form (to track symptoms, contact information, etc.) for the site you intend to visit. All forms are listed below. If you enter more than one building on a given day, you must fill out the daily entry form for each building.
- If you are an itinerant staff member working at one or more districts, please review the Itinerant staff working at districts protocol.
The current protocol for accessing NWRESD sites is as follows:
- Staff wishing to enter a site must get permission via email from the building administrator. For the Washington Service Center this will be your supervisor.
- For all buildings the online building use submissions will be the way to track maximum number of staff in building. Maximum number of allowable staff per building are listed in the table below.
- Upon receiving permission, staff will go online and complete the site appropriate Daily Entry google form listed below. If you enter more than one building on a given day, you must fill out the Daily Entry form for each building. In this form staff attest to:
- Having successfully completed the “COVID-19: How to Protect Yourself and Others” online training.
- Being healthy.
- Not having been in contact with someone with COVID for the last 14 days.
- Wearing a mask while in the building at all times (unless alone in an office/classroom with the door closed)
- Maintaining 6’ social distance from other people
- Not having been in contact with someone with a positive or presumptive* case of COVID-19 in the last 14 days (*Presumptive case means a person who was exposed to a positive COVID-19 case and has developed symptoms.)
- All staff must still sign in and sign out using the provided ledger at each site
- Please maintain a professional environment by not bringing your children to work
