Union membership
As a licensed employee, you have the option to be a part of the licensed employee union through Northwest Education Association (NWEA).  
  • Please be sure to contact your union Co-Presidents, Ginger Gamboa (ggamboa@nweducators.org) & Vanessa Hernandez (vhernandez@nweducators.org) for information on membership, voting rights, etc. 
  • Membership also comes with monthly dues that are deducted from your paycheck. Please contact Fiscal Services at payroll@nwresd.k12.or.us for information on the amount.
